The provider

Accounts

You can try the browser-only artwork preview without an account. An account and purchase are needed for production exports and saved jobs. You create a print shop (organisation) after signing up, and your projects, customers, saved presets and artwork belong to it. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the activity of anyone you give access to.

Your artwork and rights

You keep ownership of the files you upload and the output produced from them. You confirm you have the right to use and reproduce the artwork you upload. We process your files only to provide the tools to you.

What the tools do

• Artwork Rebuilder reconstructs supplied files using AI models and reports the actual output dimensions and effective DPI. It is a production aid; you remain responsible for approving artwork before printing.
• Knockout & Halftone Studio produces separation files including a CMYK TIFF with a spot channel named spot_1.
• SoftMesh DTF generates transparent micro-openings in artwork you supply.

We do not guarantee any specific print result, ink saving, wash durability or press behaviour. Always proof before production.

AI Processing Credits and Usage Charges

Knockout, Smart White, SoftMesh, halftoning and Fine Text Protection are included with SofterDTF access. No AI credits are charged for these tools. AI credits are only used when you choose an AI-powered feature such as Artwork Rebuilder.

A Single Job Pass covers one source artwork and one set of production settings with repeat downloads of that same job. Changing the source or settings to make another production file needs another pass or annual/lifetime access. It does not include Artwork Rebuilder.

Annual and lifetime payments cover access to SofterDTF software and its non-AI tools. Some optional AI-powered features, including Artwork Rebuilder, use separate processing credits. The maximum credit charge is shown before you confirm an AI job; the actual charge is based on processing used, rounded up to one hundredth of a credit and never above that quote. A job that fails for technical reasons is not charged. You do not need to buy AI credits to use non-AI print tools.

Lifetime software access does not include lifetime or unlimited AI credits. AI credits may be purchased separately when that option is made available; separate credit purchases are not configured yet. AI model providers and the routing between models may change. Future credit pricing may change with provider costs; the current price must be shown before purchase and the job’s credit quote before use, subject to applicable consumer law.

New accounts currently start with three promotional Artwork Rebuilder credits. Annual and lifetime access do not add a recurring AI credit allowance. We have not set a separate credit-expiry or credit-refund policy here; applicable purchase terms and consumer law govern any future credit purchases. Knockout & Halftone Studio and SoftMesh DTF do not use AI credits. Normal interactive use is included with paid access; automated, scripted, API-driven and bulk use is not included (see Acceptable use).

Acceptable use

Normal interactive use of non-AI print tools is included without AI credit charges. Automated, scripted, API-driven or bulk use, resale of the tools, and attempts to bypass access controls or rate limits are not permitted.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as-is while in this pre-launch state. Features, allowances and pricing may change. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
