Who operates SofterDTF

What we collect

  • Account data. Your email address, the name you provide at signup and the print shop (organisation) name you create. These are stored in our hosted database.
  • Artwork and project data. Files you upload for the Artwork Rebuilder, generated output versions, project settings such as print size and instructions, saved separation presets and saved SoftMesh settings.
  • Usage records. Processing jobs, credit usage and cost records linked to your organisation, used for your usage page and our own service operation.
  • Launch interest submissions. If you complete the launch-interest form, we store the name, work email, print shop name, country, selected plan, any message and your consent.

Where artwork is stored

Uploaded artwork and generated output are stored in private storage buckets on our hosted backend. Access is restricted to the account and organisation the files belong to, enforced by database row-level security. Files are served through short-lived signed links rather than public URLs.

Processing

  • Optional AI features. When you deliberately run an AI feature such as Artwork Rebuilder, the relevant artwork, instructions and reference images may be sent to third-party AI processors through our AI service to complete that request.   • Knockout & Halftone Studio. Image processing runs in your browser. Files you deliberately save to a project are stored as described above.
  • SoftMesh DTF. Processing runs in your browser. Only your named settings profiles are saved to your account.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and browser storage that are necessary to keep you signed in. No third-party analytics or advertising provider is currently connected to this site. If one is added, this page will be updated and consent will be requested where required.

Email

We send authentication emails (such as sign-up confirmation and password reset). We do not add you to marketing lists. Launch-interest submissions are used only to contact you about paid access.
